On March 24th we begin our church-wide fast! We encourage everyone to join in! Please make sure to choose a fast that is best for your health!
If you are new to fasting or are simply having a hard time deciding what to fast this year, then please glance over our list of Pastor Kevin’s recommended fasts:
- Daniel’s Fast
- Fasting a meal everyday (we suggest picking one, and sticking to it throughout the fast for consistency’s sake)
- Intermittent fasting
- Fasting all food on one day each week.
